Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Julien Ritzenthaler, sole trader (Entrepreneur Individuel) trading as Propicca, 3 rue du Stade, 67920 Sundhouse, France (SIREN 891 099 871). For any privacy request, contact contact@propicca.com.

What we collect and why

  • Contact and booking: when you book a discovery call or email us, we process the details you provide (name, email, and anything you write) to respond and prepare the call. Bookings are handled through Cal.com.
  • Analytics: only if you consent, Microsoft Clarity collects usage data (heatmaps and session insights) to help us improve the site. Nothing is collected before you opt in. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Server logs: our host records technical data (including IP address) needed to serve and secure the site.

Legal basis

We rely on your request / pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries for contact and booking data, on your consent for analytics (which you can withdraw at any time), and on our legitimate interest in security and our legal obligations for server logs.

Retention

  • Contact and prospect data: up to 3 years from our last contact.
  • Data relating to a client relationship: for the duration of the relationship, then as required by law (accounting records up to 10 years).
  • Analytics: in line with Microsoft Clarity's retention policy (generally up to 13 months).
  • Server logs: up to 12 months.

Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers that operate this site on our behalf:

  • Cal.com (booking / scheduling)
  • Microsoft Clarity (analytics, only with consent)
  • OVH SAS (hosting, in France)

International transfers

Hosting is in the European Union (OVH, France). Some providers (Microsoft Clarity, Cal.com) may process data outside the EU, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy mechanism (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr). To exercise these rights, contact contact@propicca.com.
