Another app
Rented, generic, and shaped to its roadmap, not yours. When it pivots or shuts down, your operations go with it.
Stocky, Shopify's own inventory app, was discontinued in August 2026.
Product data, stock, costs, purchase orders, wholesale. One system in place of a patchwork of sheets and apps.
For Shopify brands from $1M to $10M.
Stock in one sheet, costs in another, supplier orders somewhere in an inbox. Every week someone rebuilds the same numbers by hand, and the 3PL is the first to know when a product runs out.
It works, until the brand grows past what one person can hold in their head. Then it breaks quietly, one wrong number at a time.
Excel that breaks on a single typo.
You hear about them from your 3PL, not before.
Four tools, and none of them current.
£300 a month, and you can't take it with you.
It made the mess faster.
The spreadsheet isn't the problem. It's the symptom of a brand that outgrew its tools.
Rented, generic, and shaped to its roadmap, not yours. When it pivots or shuts down, your operations go with it.
Stocky, Shopify's own inventory app, was discontinued in August 2026.
$70–90k a year for someone who, without a real system to run, ends up rebuilding the same spreadsheets one level removed.
A person is not infrastructure.
More tabs, more lookups, more people editing at once. Still one typo away from breaking, and still living in one person's head.
Inertia is the most expensive option of the three.
Not another app, not a hire, not a bigger sheet. One system with three layers inside. Structure first, because nothing else holds without it. Automation on the rules you already have. Agents for what needs reading, with your team signing off where it matters.
Products, stock, costs and orders, current in one place, whatever tool your team opens.
The agent reads the PDF, matches the lines, updates stock and leaves it for review.
One catalog, synced to every Shopify store and marketplace, with the rules you already have.
Six weeks of cover left on a hero SKU, and a draft purchase order ready to approve.
Sent, acknowledged, shipped, received, without a spreadsheet.
Descriptions and attributes prepared for every store, in your tone, to review.
Negative stock, a cost that doubled, a PO past its ETA. You hear it from the system, not the 3PL.
Workflows when the rule is clear. An agent when the request needs reading. A human sign-off where the stakes require it.
Two brands that moved their operations off spreadsheets. Names and numbers real.
Experimental Perfume ClubFragrance · London
EPC makes its perfumes in France and ships from London, Amsterdam and the US. Costs, bills of materials, stock and purchasing lived in an Excel built over years and fed by manual Shopify exports, where one wrong cell could take everything down. We rebuilt it as one system synced to Shopify: cost of goods per product, production planning, purchase orders, stock valuation in two currencies and transfers between warehouses.
Stores RabaisMade-to-measure blinds · Québec
Stores Rabais sells custom blinds and curtains online and through a team of six advisors, with five overseas suppliers. Quotes, orders, supplier follow-up and margins ran on Shopify exports, Google Sheets and email threads. We built the ERP that runs it end to end: every order in one place, from the website or from a quote; custom quotes with live supplier pricing, payment and financing; purchase orders and a portal per supplier; shipping and tracking; costs, margins and advisor commissions per order in two currencies, with dashboards on top.
One system, sized to your operation today, with room for what comes next.
Where your ops live today. We build on them when they fit, and move you off them when they stop fitting.
Shopify, 3PLs, marketplaces and payment tools, connected both ways with real-time triggers.
Agents connected to your tools through the Model Context Protocol, with a human sign-off where it matters.
Bespoke software on a database you control, when the volume outgrows no-code.
Each step stands on its own. The right entry depends on how your ops run today.
We look at how your ops run and tell you what we would build first, and what we would leave alone.
Book a free audit callFixed scope, fixed price, quoted after the call. Pick the block that hurts most, the rest can wait.
Priced on what it changes for the business, not on hours. Documented and handed over, so it keeps running without us.
These guardrails exist because systems fail at adoption, not at launch. A system your team doesn't use is just a prettier spreadsheet.
We map how your operations actually run, not how the org chart says they do.
We standardize before we automate. Clean data first, clever workflows second.
One priority block, live in weeks, so value shows before the scope grows.
Your team runs it. We document it, walk you through it, and hand you the keys.
We check in two weeks after launch to fix what real use surfaces. The next block starts whenever you are ready.

Propicca was founded by Julien Ritzenthaler, a certified Airtable builder who has spent years inside the operations of ecommerce brands, from product data and stock to costing, purchase orders and wholesale.
Propicca grew out of twenty-plus systems built for ecommerce brands, and one observation: a brand scales when its operation stops living in a spreadsheet and in one person's head.
The people you meet on the audit call are the ones who design and build your system. Every build starts with a written scope and a fixed price, goes live one block at a time, and is handed over with documentation and follow-up calls.
